Na Tae-ju Grass Flower Literature Museum 나태주풀꽃문학관
Gongju · Gongsanseong & Jemincheon Old Town · Museums & exhibits

The museum honors the poet Na Tae-ju, best known for a very short poem about seeing grass flowers closely to find them lovely. It occupies a restored Japanese-era house on a slope in the old town, so the building itself belongs to Gongju's past. Inside are handwritten manuscripts, drawings and poetry books in a simple, small-scale display, while the garden outside labels wildflowers that bloom through the seasons and sets verses among them.
Most displays are in Korean, but the garden and the building speak for themselves, and even visitors who cannot read the verses tend to stay longer than planned.
From Sanseong Market it is a ten-minute walk south along Jemincheon. There is a public parking lot beside the museum. (Show a driver: 나태주풀꽃문학관)
