Dasongwon Tea House 다송원
Suncheon · Jogyesan, Songgwangsa & Seonamsa · Cafe
A traditional tea house beside the Songgwangsa gate, serving teas and light sweets in a calm wooden room. The menu leans toward traditional teas such as green tea, jujube tea and other seasonal infusions, along with rice cakes and simple snacks. Sitting on the raised floor, sipping hot tea and looking out onto the temple yard is a gentle reset after walking.
The price is modest, in the range of six to eight thousand won per drink, and may change. It is small, so it can be full during the autumn peak. Staff speak little English, but pointing at the menu works.
It is a good place to warm up on cold days. Tea is best enjoyed slowly.
Right beside the Songgwangsa temple entrance, a few minutes' walk from the car park. (Show a driver: 다송원)
