Rising beside Cheongcho Lake, this tower was built for a regional expo and offers a high viewpoint over the city, the lake and the mountains. On a clear day you can pick out the ridges of Seoraksan to the west and the blue horizon of the East Sea to the east. After dark the lights of the harbor and bridges make the view even better.
