Nodeul Island is a small island in the Han River that has been converted into a cultural space with a lawn, a performance hall, a bookstore and cafes. It is reached by a short walkway from the riverbank, and the mood is quiet and a little offbeat. In the evening, the skyline and the bridges light up, and the sunset is the highlight.

Because it is an island, wind can be strong in winter. Access routes and facilities can change, so check the official notice before you go. Entry is free.

Hours of shops and events may change.

Getting there

Nodeul Station (노들역), Line 9, Exit 2, is a short walk. The island entrance is signposted from the exit.
