Onchonjip Ikseon-dong 온천집 익선동
Seoul · Jongno, Bukchon & Palaces · Meal
Onchonjip turns shabu-shabu into a theatrical meal by dressing the dining room like an old Korean bathhouse, with tiled walls and a retro feel. You cook slices of meat and vegetables in a simmering broth at the table, then dip them into sauces. Noodles or rice finish the meal in the leftover broth.
Because the interior is popular on social media, queues can be long, and many guests sign up through the CatchTable app; your hotel can help if you cannot use it. Groups of two to four are the easiest to seat. The staff can explain the steps if you ask.
Prices and hours may change, so check before you set out.
