An outdoor gallery on the slopes of Yeonmisan, where artists have placed works made of wood, stone, branches and other natural materials among the trees. Instead of walking from room to room, you follow trails and discover pieces one by one, some playful and others quiet. Because it sits on a hillside, the walk includes slopes and uneven ground.

Parts of the path give a view of the Geum River below. A small entrance fee is charged. Plan around eighty minutes, and check for temporary exhibitions or seasonal events, which vary.

It is better suited to teens and adults than to toddlers or strollers.

Getting there

A taxi from the old town takes around 15 minutes, since buses are infrequent. A parking lot lies at the entrance. (Show a driver: 연미산자연미술공원)
