Solbiere 솔비에르
Gapyeong · Jojong, Hyeonri & Myeongjisan · Cafe
A multi-storey cafe along the road toward Hyeondeungsa Temple, with a third-floor photo corner that looks toward the Unaksan ridge. On busy weekends there can be a wait for the best seats, so aim for a weekday afternoon or an earlier time. Coffee, desserts and bread are moderately priced, and a large parking lot makes it easy by car.
The views from the upper floors on a clear day are the main reason to stop. It is a natural resting place after the temple walk or the suspension bridge, and it gives you somewhere warm to sit when the mountain air turns chilly.
It is partway along the temple road in Jojong-myeon, about ten minutes by car from Hyeonri. (Show a driver: 솔비에르)
