Yeoninsan Provincial Park 연인산도립공원

Parks & natureNature & parksOutdoor

A mountain park of broad ridges and quiet forest paths, popular for azaleas in late spring and colorful leaves in autumn. The summit takes a long time to reach, so first-time visitors may prefer to walk the lower forest trail and turn back when they like. Entry is free, and a trail map is posted near the trailhead.

Start early so you have enough daylight, and bring water, since there are few places to buy it. Only experienced hikers should attempt the top, because weather in the mountains can change quickly. Even a short walk here feels far removed from the busier lakeside attractions.

Getting there

Begin from the main car park in Buk-myeon; a car is the practical way to reach it. (Show a driver: 연인산도립공원)
