The company behind Daegu's famous corn bread opened this large bakery cafe by the lake, and the second-floor windows look out over the water. Breads, cakes and drinks are all made in-house, and the lineup includes the signature corn loaf. It is a comfortable place to spend an hour, with plenty of seating for groups.
Expect to pay a little more than at a plain coffee shop. Weekends bring long waits for window seats, so aim for a weekday morning or the lake's evening lighting. Because the interior is large, strollers and wheelchairs are easy to manage.
