Daegu Gansong Art Museum 대구간송미술관
Daegu · Suseongmot & Deulan-gil · Museums & exhibits

A branch of the famous Gansong Art Museum, this spot opened in 2024 to show treasures collected by a private patron who bought back Korean cultural property during the colonial period. The galleries rotate National Treasures and other works, so what you see depends on the exhibition. The building has a quiet, modern shape and a view of the surrounding hills.
Popular shows require timed tickets bought online, and the museum is usually closed on Mondays. Labels are in Korean with limited English, so consider an audio guide. Allow about 90 minutes to see everything.
Walk about 15 minutes from Daegongwon Station on Subway Line 2; the car lot is shared with the Daegu Art Museum. (Show a driver: 대구간송미술관)
