Bujeon Market 부전시장

Busan · Seomyeon, Jeonpo & Busanjin · Shopping

ShoppingShoppingFood & marketsHistory & palacesOutdoor

One of Busan's biggest traditional markets, covering many alleys with produce, seafood, dried goods, rice cakes, side dishes and household goods. It is a working market, not a tourist stage, so you will see residents buying their daily groceries and shop owners calling out prices. Walk through to taste fresh fruit, grab a snack, or take a look at the unfamiliar ingredients.

Cash is useful because small vendors often decline cards. Mornings are liveliest, and many stalls wind down by evening. Opening days vary between shops and prices change, so ask before you buy.

English is rarely spoken, but smiles and gestures work.
