Suncheon Picture Book Library 순천시립그림책도서관
Suncheon · Old Downtown, Drama Set & New Town · Museums & exhibits
A public library built around illustrated books, with colorful reading nooks, story displays and exhibitions of illustrations. Most of the collection is in Korean, but picture books are easy for children and adults alike to enjoy without reading much, and some foreign-language titles may be on the shelves. The space is bright, calm and designed for families, so it makes a good pause during a rainy day or when your children need a break from walking.
Admission is free, but the library is closed on Mondays, and hours on holidays may differ, so check before going. Quiet voices are expected.
In the old downtown, a short taxi ride or about a 20-minute walk from Suncheon Station. Parking is limited. (Show a driver: 순천시립그림책도서관)
