COEX Aquarium is an indoor aquarium inside the COEX Mall with exhibits that range from coral reefs to Amazon river fish. Tunnels let you walk beneath sharks and sea turtles, and there are touch pools and feeding times that children enjoy. Because the building is climate-controlled, it is an easy choice on a hot summer day, in winter or in the rain.
Exhibits are labeled in English, and the route takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Tickets can be bought online, and combination offers sometimes appear. Prices, hours and shows may change.
Samseong Station (삼성역), Line 2, Exit 6, connects directly to COEX Mall. Follow the signs to the aquarium entrance.
