Bangi-dong Food Alley 방이동 먹자골목
Seoul · Jamsil & Songpa · Meal
Bangi-dong Food Alley is a dense grid of small restaurants and pubs that fills after dark with groups of friends and office colleagues. Korean barbecue, stews, seafood, chicken and Chinese dishes sit side by side, and you can choose by smell and by the size of the queue. Menus are mostly in Korean, but photos on walls and tables help, and many shops accept cards.
Because the area is meant for dinner, many places open in the late afternoon. It is a lively spot but not suitable for small children late at night. Hours and prices vary by shop and may change, and some restaurants close on certain days.
Bangi Station (방이역), Line 5, is a short walk. The food alley lies between the station and Olympic-ro.
