Euljiro Nogari Alley 을지로 노가리골목
Seoul · Dongdaemun & Euljiro · Meal
Nogari Alley is a narrow lane in Euljiro where old printing shops share space with open-air beer terraces. The house specialty is nogari, small dried pollack that is torn by hand and dipped in mayonnaise and chili, eaten with cold lager and fried snacks. Plastic chairs spill into the lane after dark, and the mood is cheerful, loud and unpolished.
The experience suits adults, and it is not a place for small children. Staff can usually manage basic English or point at the menu, and cards are widely accepted. Many bars have limited hours and may close on certain days.
Euljiro 3-ga Station (을지로3가역), Lines 2 and 3, is a short walk. Look for the lane near the printing shops.
