Sinpo International Market 신포국제시장
Incheon · Open Port District & Wolmido · Shopping

This covered market has fed Incheon for generations, and its alleys mix stalls selling produce, dried fish and household goods with famous snack counters. The best-known treat is dakgangjeong, crunchy fried chicken glazed in sweet-spicy sauce, but the side lanes hide hollow puffed bread, multicolored dumplings, hotteok and street noodles. A local legend says a chewy cold-noodle dish called jjolmyeon was popularized here.
Service is quick, portions are shareable and seating is limited, so eating while standing is part of the experience. Each vendor sets its own prices and hours.
A short walk from Sinpo Station (신포역) or about 15 minutes on foot from Incheon Station (인천역). (Show a driver: 신포국제시장)
