Jajangmyeon Museum 짜장면박물관
Incheon · Open Port District & Wolmido · Museums & exhibits

The century-old brick building here once held a restaurant widely credited with serving the first jajangmyeon in Korea. Today it is a small museum that walks through the dish's story: how Chinese laborers' noodles were reshaped into a beloved Korean comfort food. You will see a recreated old kitchen, wax figures, delivery boxes and posters that show what a bowl cost in different decades.
Labels are mostly Korean, so a translation app helps, but the displays are visual enough to follow. Ticket fees are small and may change. Afterward the surrounding street offers bowls of the real thing; it is closed on Mondays.
Inside Chinatown, a few minutes' walk from Incheon Station (인천역) Exit 1. (Show a driver: 짜장면박물관)
