Sorae History Museum 소래역사관
Incheon · Sorae Port & Incheon Grand Park · Museums & exhibits

Dedicated to the story of Sorae, this small museum tells how salt-making, a narrow-gauge railway and fishing shaped the area. Photographs, tools and models explain how sea salt was produced, how the little train carried it inland, and how the port developed. In the yard stands an old narrow-gauge steam locomotive that visitors can view for free.
A visit takes about forty minutes, and it works as a quiet counterpoint to the lively market. Exhibit text is mostly Korean, though images tell much of the story. Ticket fees are small and may change; it is closed on Mondays.
