Gaehwa Art Park 개화예술공원
Boryeong · Boryeong Downtown, Seongjusan & Gaehwa · Parks & nature

A large garden and sculpture park at the foot of Seongjusan Mountain, mixing art with forest trails. You will find a small art museum, outdoor sculptures, flower beds and a herb garden. Paths wind uphill gently, and benches are spread around for rests.
The park is popular with couples for photos and with families because children can run along wide lawns. Seasonal flowers and fall foliage add color. Plan about two hours, and wear comfortable shoes.
A cafe inside serves coffee and light snacks.
