Baegyado Lighthouse — Yeosu Southern Islands & Coast
Photo: Korea Tourism Organization (KOGL)

A white lighthouse stands at the tip of Baegyado Island, linked to the mainland by a bridge, and the walk to the viewpoint is short and easy. The lighthouse serves as a sunset marker, with wide views of nearby islands and fishing boats. The area is quiet, with few shops, so plan your meal and coffee stops beforehand.

Wind can be strong, so bring a layer. Free to visit and open at all hours, although the path is dark at night. A car or taxi is the easiest way to arrive.

Weather and tides affect what you see.
