Nangdo Island Trail and Beach 낭도 섬둘레길·낭도해변
Yeosu · Southern Islands & Coast · Parks & nature

A small island reached by bridges from the mainland, so a car or taxi is the easiest way to arrive. The shoreline trail follows the coast past pebble and sand beaches, rocky headlands and fishing huts. It is gentle and suits a slow afternoon.
The island is known for makgeolli, a milky rice drink, and a few small restaurants serve local seafood. In spring, yellow rapeseed flowers brighten the slopes. Islands tend to have few shops, so bring water and a snack.
Tide and weather change the experience, and restaurants close early, so plan your meals around the afternoon.
It is a 60 to 70 minute drive or taxi from downtown Yeosu, crossing a series of bridges. (Show a driver: 낭도)
