This boardwalk follows the rocky coast between Daepo Port and the city's main beach, with waves breaking right below the railings. The path is easy and roughly flat, and it is lined with pine trees and small viewpoints that make it a rewarding hour-long stroll. Parts of the trail can close during storms or for repairs, so look for signs at the entrances.
Plan to bring a hat and water in summer, because the open stretches have little shade. Some sections may be limited to certain hours, and rules change, so check Naver Map or local signs before setting out. The route suits families and older visitors who prefer level walking.
