A forested hill on the north coast of Jeju City, known for a view over the harbor and Hallasan, and for a sunset that locals have ranked among the island's ten classic scenes. The path up takes about 15 minutes, with a choice of stairs or a gentle dirt route. At the top, a pavilion looks out over the water, and in the evening the lights of Jeju Port come on.

It is free to enter and suited to all ages, a good option for a short walk. Winds can be cool, so bring a light layer.

Getting there
