Solchan Park 솔찬공원
Incheon · Songdo International City · Parks & nature

This waterfront park was built on the site used during construction of the Incheon Bridge, and it now offers long boardwalks over the shore. Because nothing blocks the western horizon, sunsets here are clean and unobstructed. In the distance you can see the cable-stayed towers of the bridge, which glow after dark.
Paths are flat and easy, and benches are scattered along the water. It feels more local than touristy, with joggers, anglers and couples. Facilities are basic, so bring drinks.
Wind can be sharp even in summer. The park fits a short stop of about fifty minutes, ideally paired with a trip to nearby Songdo attractions.
Take a taxi or local bus from Central Park Station (센트럴파크역); allow about 15 minutes. (Show a driver: 솔찬공원)
