Go Jae-seon House 고재선 가옥
Damyang · Changpyeong Samjinae Village · Sights
This traditional house inside Samjinae is registered as a national folk heritage property and shows how a landed family lived in the area. You can look at the main yard, the wooden floor and the layout of the rooms from the permitted zone. Because people live here, visitors must follow the signs, stay in the allowed areas, and keep quiet.
There is no entry fee. Plan about 40 minutes. The house is small and the visit is brief, but it adds depth to a walk in the village.
Photos are generally allowed outside, but ask first, and never step past a rope or closed gate.
