Daecheon Port 대천항
Boryeong · Daecheon Beach & Daecheon Port · Night view

Daecheon Port is the departure point for the ferries to the islands off Boryeong and the neighborhood where fishing boats unload at dawn. You can stroll along the quay, watch the boats come in and look across the water toward the islands. At night the harbor lights reflect on the water, which gives a quieter alternative to the busy beach.
Cafes and raw-fish restaurants line the edge, and a long breakwater lets you walk out toward open sea. It is a good short stop for a sunset walk or after-dinner stroll, particularly if you are staying near the beach.
It is about a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from Daecheon Station and a few minutes by car from Daecheon Beach. Parking is available near the market. (Show a driver: 대천항)
