Cheongra Ginkgo Village 청라 은행마을
Boryeong · Cheonbuk, Cheongso & Oseosan · Parks & nature

A village lined with old ginkgo trees whose leaves turn golden each autumn, carpeting roads and yards in yellow. It is a peaceful place for a walk among farm houses and small shops, and the color is the main draw. Photographers arrive at dawn for the best light, and the lanes are easy to stroll in under an hour.
Outside the autumn season it is a quiet rural area with little to do. Bring your own water, since there is little to buy here. The ginkgo fruit that falls on the ground has a strong smell, so watch where you step.
A car is needed to reach it, and parking fills early at peak color.
By car about 40 minutes from Boryeong city; taxis are possible but return trips need planning. (Show a driver: 청라 은행마을)
