Andong Traditional Culture Contents Museum 안동시 전통문화콘텐츠박물관
Andong · Downtown & Old Market · Museums & exhibits
Rather than glass cases of relics, this museum explains Andong traditions through screens, projections and interactive stations. Seasonal customs, scholar manners and festivals are turned into stories you can tap, move and play with, which keeps children engaged. One hour is enough.
The building is next to Ungbu Park, so it is easy to add to an old-town walk, particularly on a rainy or very hot day. Visiting before the larger sites such as Hahoe or Dosan gives a helpful mental map. The museum is closed on Mondays.
Most text is in Korean, so ask staff if English guidance is available, and expect modest admission.
It is beside Ungbu Park, a short walk from Jjimdak Alley. City bus or taxi from the KTX station takes roughly 15 minutes. (Show a driver: 안동시 전통문화콘텐츠박물관)
