Jangsa Port 장사항
Sokcho · Yeongnang Lake & Jangsa Port · Sights

At the northern edge of the city, this fishing harbor is smaller and calmer than Daepo. Boats come and go, nets are hung to dry, and a short breakwater lets you watch the tide. In winter the port is known for red crab, which is landed here and served in nearby restaurants.
A few cafes and shops line the road behind the quay, and the hill above holds a viewpoint cafe. Plan on an hour or two. Facilities are modest, and times for fish auctions are early morning.
Prices and schedules may change.
A taxi from the Express Bus Terminal takes about 20 minutes, and local buses run along the coast road. (Show a driver: 장사항)
