A bakery cafe along the arboretum road with a bamboo grove outside and a good selection of breads that thins out through the afternoon. Many visitors stop before entering the garden to choose bread for a picnic or for later. Sunlight filters through the bamboo in the afternoon and makes the terrace especially pleasant on clear days.
