The Bay 101 is a waterfront strip on the Marine City side of Haeundae, with a marina, restaurants and bars facing a wall of glass towers. Its main draw is the night view: lights from the high-rises reflect off the bay and form the postcard skyline that Busan is known for. Come at dusk, walk the deck once for the photos, and then pick a spot with a drink and a view.
It is a place for lingering rather than ticking off. The deck itself is free to walk, and you pay only for food and drinks. Venues and opening hours change, so check on site.
