F1963 occupies a former steel-wire factory, and its raw concrete and industrial skeleton have been kept in a thoughtful way. Inside are a spacious roastery cafe, a large library and bookstore, a gallery, and an outdoor courtyard planted with bamboo that feels surprisingly calm. Entry to most of the complex is free, with only some exhibitions and events charging admission.

It is a good place for a slow hour, especially if you are tired of beaches and markets. Visitors also use it for people-watching and quiet reading. Exhibition schedules change, and opening hours vary by facility.
