Millak Waterside Park is a broad stone waterfront on the east end of Gwangalli Bay where residents gather at dusk. Wide steps lead down to the water, and from here the Gwangan Bridge stands almost directly in front of you, a clean view that photographers favor over the beach itself. Bring a snack from a nearby shop, and note that rules on drinking in the park are posted, so look for signs before opening anything.

Street musicians sometimes play on busy evenings. On windy nights the stone steps get chilly, so bring a layer. Light patterns on the bridge vary by season.

Getting there

Millak Station (민락역), Line 2, then about a 10-minute walk toward the water. (Show a driver: 민락수변공원)
